Website layout change, keeping it simple (v0.2)

As you can see I have done a lot of work revamping this website; although the previous website looked good I think that this layout will work better.

The main thing I have done is that I have cut down the lines of CSS from nearly 1000 to around 50ish lines. Though I plan on adding more css in the future this should provide a boost to performance and as I have reduced the complexity of the site, it will make it easier to add new content.

I have also improved the user experience by allowing easier navigation via the navbar (the difference is that the new navbar is accessible on every page, whereas the old layout required going back to the home page for navigation).

I might have to change the font in future as I am using the gnu unifont, it has a lot of coverage but is quite big (being 5mb).

Also, I added an RSS feed page, in the future you will be able to use this to get updates; as of current it is inactive.
